Aim of the meeting
The aim of the meeting is amongst other things the following:
- To create enthusiasm for the project
- To exchange knowledge and information
- To receive input from the participants about the content of the project and how to follow up HEPRO results after the project period.
We are continuing on the topic how to develop a sustainable public health policy based on the principles of the Empowerment Planning six steps to a successful and sustainable public health policy. Questions about communicative planning, mapping the situation and the survey will be discussed. The meeting offers participants to discuss practical ways to reach the HEPRO targets understand the basic principles and contents for HEPRO and work with relevant documents in working groups. It also represent a unique opportunity to meet all partners and thereby fulfilling the intention to establish a platform for trans-national cooperation.
Duration The meeting will take place over two-and-half days and will consist of plenary sessions and working groups and excursions. Who should participate? We strongly encourage all partners to participate in the meeting, particularly coordinators and personnel responsible for Health planning and Public Health matters. Politicians are also invited. It is recommended that two persons from each partner can attend the conference. Topics covered by the meeting The meeting will cover essential questions related to Why are we doing this? How shall we do it? What is the next step?
