Based on the HEPRO model the project has carried out a transnational population survey in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Denmark and Norway. More than 33000 inhabitants participated.The project is also developing a toolkit based on the model which aims to support decision makers-makers at regional and local level with evidence based and practical advices.

On the HEPRO OPEN DAY, the project will amongst others, present results from the survey, the philosophy of the HEPRO MODEL and the content of HEPRO TOOLKIT. Partners will show the use of HEPRO results when making a sustainable public health policy.
